8th Weeks In CCA

We did some baking on Monday! yea baby yea.... haha!

Wednesday, it was fun because we made our own noodles! We made the dough, and slowly roll it with the dough roller, cut it with the roller too and we cook it! YUM YUM.

we cooked fettuccine! it's really yummy..

Oh! I forgotten another dish that we made on the same day because the home made noodles was too excited and the fettuccine was delicious plus this another dish was just vegetables. You know, VEGETABLES...... hahahaha..

braised cabbage. there's carrot, onion and round cabbage as the fillings. it was wrapped with the chinese cabbage. on the other hand, we cooked fish stock and come out with the sauce of this dish. XD

Thursday! hmmm.... i skipped class that day because wanted to go temple, SKE, for the wesak procession. It's quite sad to skip class, but wesak once a year! Plus this was the 1st time i went to help under distributing water. It was indeed a great experience. :)) Well, I was planning to go class and I will shoot back Mlc after my class which is 4pm until i get to know that i have to be at the temple at 5pm! =.= In the end, I've decided to take a day off from my chef. I was so emotional until i couldn't sleep the day before i ask permission from my chef because I damn scared she wasn't allow me to go. haha. I wasn't regret that i choose wesak over my class so far. :) Friday's a public holiday, so we off too.

Anyway, i was suppose to do another type of puree soup. Cook pumpkin soup. I wasn't there but i got the picture from my classmate. Hehe.

It's Funny Or Sad??

I went out with my crush today. Woah!!!  it's should be awesome. It's awesome but when comes to the end of the day.... haha, not that it's sad to say goodbye, it was something that she said to me.

We went shopping together, gosh, SHOPPING, those who know me might get a little amazed because they know i don't shop! Well yea, the power of love i guess?? She shopped for her clothes, I followed, and I even choose and gave some comments. Actually, I was amazed by myself too.

Yesterday, I asked two of my brothers, how to give comment when a girl shop for clothes. One of them said, I have to know what type of clothes she usually wore, and I’m like “then I have to view all her pics on fb lo?” and he’s replied, “ya, can also.” And I did my homework to view her pictures and observed her clothing. I was nervous! Of course he brain wash me, said that to treat her as friend. You’re thinking why? Haha, he didn’t want me to fall for her because I confessed to the girl and I got rejected. That’s sad huh? It was quite a big confession, I did a little bit like mob. It’s really a big surprise. I’m sorry if I scare her, but you see, if she were gonna accept my confession, it will be the sweetest thing I guess?

So, back to the end of the day about what she said. We were quite enjoyed the shops and yea, we went for a movie after shipping and went seaside for awhile. That’s where she suddenly talked about her ex, because the seaside has their memories. When I’m sending her back, I wouldn’t know she will ask me this question. “how about you? Who is your crush? I saw your tweet.” I’m like WHAT??!! @.@ I didn’t really talk about that topic much and when we reached her house, she told me this right before she go down from my car “jia you with your crush!” I just nodded. So now you tell me, funny or sad?

When I decided to confessed, I’m serious about the relationship okay. Why will you think that I change to another crush so fast? I didn’t want to ruin our friendship now as we so long didn’t go out like this already. All I can do was just keep quiet.

7th Weeks In CCA

Hello everybody!! It's Tuesday, I'm gonna update what i did last week. XD How's my previews posts? I wanted to hear what you guys think about it after you guys read, NOT JUST ASKING ME TO COOK FOR YOU. lol. You may give your comment after each post that you've read, facebook me or get me on twitter. Hehe.

Before i start those blogging about those yummy foods, do you guys remember i blogged about cleaning up the kitchen and the dirties part was the filter? Now, I'll show you why do we hate cleaning it.

look at that! all those things you've wash at the sink flow into here. At the same time, these are all the foods we eat.

wash wash wash... disgusting right? Sometimes the smells...... urrrghh. *puke*

Okay, let's start with some good food. xp. Well, we did spring roll! Morning was oral test about first aid.

these are the fillings. it's nice, i can just eat it like that without the spring roll skin. XD

Wednesday, wednesday, wednesday. What we did ar?? Err, oh! Penang Fried Kuey Teow and a dish. XD

 it was not bad, better than the mee mamak. hehe.

this mushroom dish looks simple but really delisious. i will love to eat it again although i don't really like to eat the chinese mushroom.

Thursday, lontong with nasi himpit and glace tapioca.

this is delicious too!!! to be honest, we seasoned it with too much salt, so it's kind of salty. if not, it will be super delicious! XD

glaze tapioca or tapioca glaze. haha, i tell you...... i don't like this. it's some malay desert i think. i'm not sure because i don't like it. hahaha. xp

Friday, what we dis was simple. Sambal belacan and ikan bakar....

just nicely blended the sambal belacan.

who like ikan bakar??? hhaha. i don't quite like it, i prefer steam fish! XD

Went back Malacca last week and attended my friend's brother's 21st birthday party. Straight away after class i shoot back Mlc and to the party. That's the 1st time we cut the cakes to distributes to the others until so funny!! haha.

now you see the cake and you know why we had fun cutting it. haha!

Saturday night went yum cha with Yong Liang and Ming Fern at pak putra, we sat there til the shop close. lol. 

this is the 1st time the 3 of us took a pic together. hehe. nice history! XD

P.s. can't wait to hang out again with my Malacca friends! if only they ask me out. Fyi, i didn't know why i'm am really lazy to ask people out. hehe.

A Trip To Broga Hill~

Didn't go back Malacca last weekend just to enjoy a trip with my friends! i was shock when Teoh (Adrian Teoh) invited me to this event on facebook. Thanks for that!! XD and i didnt regret that i join you guys. :))

We met up on Saturday at some apartment that we rented somewhere in Kajang. I really don't know where but i drove. LOL. I'm serious, i just follow the GPS, thank god i didn't sesat where it also stand for Guna Pun Sesat. hehe. At first i went pick Joyce Chew up from ktm kajang with GPS, then only we head to the apartment. Fyi, the day before i can't sleep well because i was too excited about the trip and also, haha, i'm excited that, that was my 1st time driving my own with just a GPS in an UNKNOWN places. XD

So, after meeting up with others at the apartment, we went SATAY KAJANG for lunch. oh my, that was so delicious, I can't remember when was the last time I ate that satay. They have many branches and we went the original one at Kajang, it was really near to our apartment. Until now, I still don't know where, i just follow at the back of their car. HAHA!

We have 3 cars, Teoh's Waja, CK's Saga, and me the Myvi. All 3cars was manual, good thing was, we doesn't encounter much traffic jam. XD There was 12 of us in total, Teoh, CK, Jia Lin, Catherine, Joyce, Yuh Shen, Teoh's brother named Alan, Foo(some guy i didn't know, only know he's Teoh's friend), Zhan Yang, Terry, Desmond and me.

Dinner we went to this place where the environment was quite nice! you guys should go if have the chance, I will want to go still next time!

We head back to apartment after dinner at 11something! Took turns to shower, and sleep....... What??!! nola!! stay over with friends where got sleep so early one?? haha, we played games some more. Who lose have punishment, it was so funny! We probably being cursed by the neighbours because we were so noisy! We did not take any pictures or video because what happened in the apartment stays in the apartment with us. Those punishment was kind of embarrassing and that is why it was so funny!

We slept at 2something in the morning and woke up 3something in the morning, slept for about an hour and we are going for hiking, how SUPER we are. haha! They(i forgot who as i was so blur because i was just awake) prepared breakfast, steam eggs, sausages, breads and nutella!

Head to the Broga Hill at about 4.30am after eating, reached there about 5.10am and started hiking! it was really dark, i didn't regret that i went to buy a headlamp and mine was really bright! hehe.

We head to the Subway after that, we were all so tired. If you were there. you can see it was so funny because all of us lying down either on the table or the sofa like we're dying. haha!! Went back apartment after eating, bathe and we all really SLEEP!! half way we have to wake up because we gonna check out at 12pm. We all dismiss after eating lunch at Teppanyaki in Jusco at don't know where, still, i am just following at the back of their cars. haha. I got back into the house after sending Joyce to ktm at Serdang, suppose to send her to TBS but we could find the way. haha!

P.s. it was my 1st time hiking, great experince! :))

6th Week In CCA

Monday, oral again in the morning about understanding recipe, gosh I wasn't really understand man but good that i passed. haha! We cooked congee in the afternoon! it was really nice!! okay, i am really hungry already as now i'm blogging. my brother in law went packing KFC now! My 2nd sister went Kuantan for few days for work. left my bro in law and me. haha. okay, i bet u guys want to see my foods pictures more than you guys want to read what i'm crapping here eh? okay okay.... oh wait! this is the week where my group's turn to clean the kitchen after class. i hate cleaning, especially the filter where those foods will be in when you washing those dishes. okay! pictures, here you go. XD

Wednesday, we have a lesson of noodle with gravy, cantonese fried style. in short, "wa tan hor". and we fried some fritters! sweet potato, onion rings and banana fritter! T.T yea, remember i said i wanna eat pisang goreng in my blog before this? damn lurh.

this is yummy!! i cooked one, but of course, my chef's cooked nicer. xp aiya, i 1st time lurh..

this is fish finger, we suppose to eat it with our burger but we forgotten. so we cooked and eat it now.

sweet potato fritter. i didnt get to snap the onion ring because they finished it so fast!! and i didnt know why i didnt snap the banana fritter. hahaha.

Thurday, mee mamak with cucur udang!

it's spicy and not nice one lurh.. to be honest the only nice thing in this plate was the cucur udang. haha!

By the way, we celebrated 3 of our classmates birthday. Not that they have the same birthday date, just in the same month. haha. but on this day itself was one of my classmate's birthday.

i did posted this on instagram and facebook too. XD this is the 1st time taking picture with my new clasmates! happy birthday!!

Friday, sup soto ayam. it's a malay dish. I wasn't really interested with it at 1st cuz the name itself also wasnt attractive enough, but when i eat it, wow, it wasn't that bad wert... we cooked in the dark that day, haha! our current circuit have some problems that day. So coincident that i was the chef of the day, lol, i cooked for the whole class. after i finish cooking then the circuits fixed. wth right. lol.

5th Week In CCA

Monday, have oral in the morning, i got bring my notes back lurh. hehe. Afternoon, we made our own homemade burger patties! from one whole chicken wheyy. i'm so proud. besides, we cooked beef stock too for the coming spaghetti.

Labour day on Wednesday! oh gosh, it's May already, have been in this college for a month! time past so fast and its even faster when i'm doing things i like which is culinary. haha. My brother in law and sis bought me to Paradigm mall to have lunch at Plan B. We walked around after eating and i got myself some guitar picks! i did some collections.

Thurday, made beef bolognese! yea, i took beef while i can't. i'm sorry God.

it was not bad. XD

Friday, we cooked our burger patties that have been in the chiller for days. haha.

it wasnt that nice, but at least i know how to do it. hehe.

i got my ID card that day too! don't laugh yea...

i looks like a cancer patient... =.= LOL

Went back Malacca, and drove my 3rd sister's car back to KL since she starting the job in Singapore already, no one using the car. i get to drive all the way from Malacca to KL for the 1st time man! it was really tiring. the good thing was, i get to drive myself to college already. all these while, i was sent by either my sis or my bro in law. i did drove few days when my sister got no work.

So the officially 1st day i have a car to drive was quite dangerous, it was the day after the GE13. it wasn't really a fair elections. i'm not gonna say much about it here, i'm just gonna say, i am really disappointed.

P.s. worrying if the 13May incident might happen again. tsk tsk tsk.
