28th Weeks in CCA

So my exams started. i have only one more class this week, here's the pictures of cookies... XD

that's it. my classes. now exams so i wont be updating my blog for weeks again if you follow my blog and you'll know why. :) And oh, here's the pic of the bisque that i forgot to take a picture of that day

this song, can really make me tears. xp. If you understand the meaning of the song, I'm gonna tell you, I wasn't going through that situation right now as I am still single where nothing from me are able to tear apart by others. LOL.

I knew this song from one of my Facebook friend but I do not know him, you know, some of the friends or maybe most of the friends on your facebook are all unknown, I really wonder if they really know me or just add me for fun. haha.

So, this guy shared this song on facebook and a person's comment caught my eye. A girl's comment, the girl where I once have feelings for her but we NEVER work out. That's where I 80% know that, she and this guy are in a special relationship. You can say that's the reason why the song, the melody, can make me cry, I know it's silly. Feelings aren't some thing that you can control easily. They are in a different town, as the girl further her studies in Penang and the guy stays in Malacca(the guy is younger so still in his high school). Whatever it is, no matter which guy she is in a relationship with, I'll wish them both happiness and hope the guy will treat her well sincerely! I listened to the song and I'm glad I did, it's a nice song, nice melody though it's a Malaysia's band. haha.

P.s. We moved on but once the feelings there, it's always there somehow, a little.

danish pastry. croissant, peach and custard, blueberry and etc.

Yeap, it's more pastry on level 2. My exams starting next week. :/

That's all for the week, :). Well, I did not go back Malacca this week again, not for doing house chores but I'm chosen to go cooking demo with chef, to assist him actually, one of my classmate and I. hehehe, if was not all can get chances, I'm glad and I do appreciate it. I did not want to reject the offer, I want experience though I din't really love to communicate much because as a demo chef, you have to talk while cooking and most of the participants are AUNTIES where you have to entertain them you know. hahaha. To be honest, we just stand there helping up and kept quiet only. Xp Transports provided and lunch treated by my chef, Shabu-shabu.... Syok!

my 1st cooking demo. that whole kitchen set worth 2.2million(if i'm not mistaken), I used an expensive kitchen for few hours. lol. xp

P.s. I miss Taekwondo demo now. I love performing TKD, it's my passion more than cooking but it wasn't really a stable career. My dirty little secret > my 2nd passion wasn't cooking either, it was to be a singer. xpppp. ^.^v

I watched "opening act" on E! that day and this girl was so luck that she has been chosen for the opening of the Jason Aldean and Luke Bryan. I was so jealous of this girl. haha! After watching it, out of sudden I wanted to go Nashville too! It's so country I think. haha! I like country songs like Taylor Swift's. XD So I went on youtube and search for that lucky girl's name Kylie Morgan. I felt so cool after understanding her very 1st song that she wrote, sang and even had a MV about it. It's really another inspirational song, it's about bullying. Here, listen and understand the lyrics. :)

This song Kylie wrote was inspired by a true story about a girl, named Phoebe Prince who committed suicide after being bullied for months in US. After knowing the news, you get to understand more about the song. RIP girl.

26th weeks in CCA

yea baby, this is the week! It's Friday and I'm in KL, decided to stay here to complete most of the task i've procrastinated for weeks!! Example, Blog, my core ability works, house chores(haven't been sweeping/mopping the floor and washing the toilet for about a month!), have one new assignment that i have yet to touch and I don't know, ONE STEP AT A TIME. Love that sentence. haha, then the song by Jordin Sparks will just started playing in my heart just like what's happening now.

we can take this song as our guide through our life man! it's really a nice song, it's a song from few years back but it's feels like it never gets bored when you listen to it again now after awhile. haha, of course that apply on most of the songs. fruits compote. banana and apple. yea, must be careful, scared I will eat get the banana one.

puff pastry. making this was interesting. it's layers, can you see??

sausage, the triangular one was stuffed with apple fillings that we kept from the apple compote and the blueberry one. XD

25th weeks in CCA

Monday was public holiday(Malaysia day)!! So yea, only have 2 days of classes that week. hmmm.

Tuesday.

we were supposed to served it with those ice cream we were being told to kept some that day but it all MELTED. :(( i hope i get to take a picture of how it looks on my assessment time.

Wednesday.

buns and rolls. learnt few skills, interesting.

there's the red bean paste, sausage, sambal ikan bilis's filling and chicken floss.

Thursday, we attended a FHM event, Food and Hotel Malaysia show at KLCC. 

Purpose: to see how people present the food, take pictures of it and i don't know what else. 

tsk tsk, that's bad. haha. some of us just went Pavilion straight without taking those pictures.

Guess what!!? I walked passed a celebrity chef, just side by side! I was like, this guy's name very familiar(i saw the name on his chef's jacket), after awhile i went "holy shit" that's Chef Johnny Fua that i saw him on AFC. urrgh, should had take a picture with him. Anyway, here are some of the pictures of food, I didn't snap all though, there's a lot and it was quite crowded and bored.... xpp

omelette. it was harder than i thought it would be, my 1st try failed and my second try was just slightly better than the 1st try. phew! thank god it's not assessment.

curry chicken. this is some shit man!! i miss the taste, really yummy.

we did tosai. i never like tosai, what i did was i literally soak the tosai into the curry and eat it. lol.

that's baked profiteroles and we are stuffing the custard cream that we made ourselves in it.

didn't had a chance to get a picture of the eclair because my mates finish it so fast, probably the reason was it's chocolate topping. lol.
