10th Weeks In CCA

Assessment started! Theory started 1st on Monday morning. I studied til 3smtg in the morning, we were so nervous as it is the 1st time we had an exam on culinary arts. haha. It turns out wasn't that bad. XD After rest we did "dai chao" again. 

Hokkien Mee. YUM YUM!

Wednesday, we did ratatouille. Did you guys watch the movie? haha. I like to watch that last time, as i can think about when the word "ratatouille" appear was a talking mouse. XD On that day, I come to know that it was a dish that I dun really like to eat because there's bell pepper (i no likey). hehe.

let me show you Ratatouille.

We did also Moussaka and lasagna.

moussaka, there's ratatouille with lamb meat in it, covered with the sauce where we called bechamel and a little cheese on top.

Thursday was some simple dishes. Chicken wings and chicken boxing. What are you thinking when i mentioned chicken boxing huh?? ahahaha. Are you thinking we hold the chicken and do some boxing acts before cooking it or what? LOL, to be honest, that's what i think before I learned in class. xp.

Marinate(we kept in the chiller for hours) > deep fry > yummy!!

Well, that was our last class for term 1. Friday started practical exam already, basically we just do back everything on our own about what we've learned since the starting of the day. so, Friday was cutting vegetables then so on..... exam until August man! haha. so i'm not gonna update about my life in CCA until exam finish because there's nothing new to update just exams. so yea, see you guys soon. :)

Here's about why I didn't update my blog last Tuesday. hehe, i went Sunway Lagoon with my classmates! here's some pics.

We all got sunburn after the trip! hahaha. Of course we had fun.
